I worked with this company for my for my kitchen and bars equipments. I purchase all equipments with them but I'm really disappointed about services and after sales. I have many more but one example. They sold me an Ice machine but I would like to try for the first time today and doesn't works, they said to me to call a distributor. It's insane after have paid more than 100,000$ in kitchen and bars equipments and said "Do it Yourself". Have not done business with them directly but they do extend up to Broward and other areas and have heard nothing but great things. So great they made their home in Miami Shores! Adam Shepard of CT Design is a true professional in his field. I’m really surprised by the negative review and It seems it was written out of emotion. Adam and I worked closely for 8 months on a project that unfortunately never transpired due to ownership shutting the project down last minute. His knowledge of equipment, kitchen design, and flow are unparalleled.
