My salesman was was great and answered all my questions. The price was a little higher but I was okay because I thought I was hiring experts in this field. But, when it came to actually doing the job the sub contractor ******* ************did a horrible job. (Cracks in cement, egress window bolted incorrectly, a stick holding up my gas meter due to digging, vandalism, cut electrical wires and never having the final inspection done by the building inspector.) Lousy ,not customer friendly and “it’s not our issue” ordered a cellar door 4 months ago with half the deposit. Still can’t tell me when or vaguely maybe two weeks. Office manager more interested in off loading the delay on the mfr. than in helping. Bad experience
Horrid, terrible and rude. I would never do business again with this place. Threatening to SUE me over a bad review.
