Went in for an appointment yesterday with a broken bracket and was told that I had to reschedule after they had already began working on me and had already removed the wire from my mouth. Pleading with them to maintain the appointment due to discomfort, I was able to finish my appointment only to be told by Dr. Rebecca that if I broke another bracket that they would cease treatment. The staff was amazing and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I was very nervous when I got there and walked out very confident that I was in excellent hands.
Ct.Braces was a clean and friendly environment. The dentist and hygienist were very caring.
