Spravato treatment has been amazing. The person who runs the group is professional, kind, caring, patient, and truly everything you could need from a provider during your treatment experience. The person who helps with the onboarding process also made sure that getting into treatment was a smooth process. She is very proficient, supportive, and helpful throughout the experience. Thank you to everyone at CBHA for all of your help. I’ve had a very positive experience throughout my treatment and beyond.
The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive - once you get to speak to someone. Sadly, though, getting a staff member on the phone is nearly impossible; even the front desk staff don't answer or respond to voicemails. I'm sure some rationale will follow this review; however, this has been a consistent problem as long as I've been involved with CBHA. Others I know have experienced the same. More staff or more efficient staff is needed to handle the phones given that the current staff cannot handle the load.
CBHA is awesome from what I’ve experienced so far. Buttttt the real heart & gold is with Jo & Jaime! They really make difference! I’m a new patient and Jo instantly made me feel heard and welcomed, and she helped make the whole process a little less scary. When you have anxiety and depression that’s huge! They are AMAZING! 5* to just them ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️
