I was with this practice for over 5 years . About 6 months ago my APRN left the practice . They stated they would put me with a new Dr after. After 6 months this never happened . In that time frame I had two tele med appts by the Dr filling in . After the second tele med my scripts were not renewed . I called the practice they promised to get the Dr to do it . If I could rate 0 stars I would. Please do yourself a service ans try somewhere else. This was my experience - started out great - called and easily made an appt as a new patient. Scheduled a 1 hour intake with Deon. Got a text message on Monday confirming my appointment for 4pm. Received a phone call around 11ish saying that Deon would be out sick and that they needed to reschedule. Ok cool. It happens. Rescheduled for Friday. Dr. Audrey Allan and Dr. Michael Tirinzoni are both the best! I see Audrey and my son sees Michael. This office employs practitioners who have a wide breadth of knowledge but are also so down-to-earth, helpful, and kind. And on the rare occasion that I do have a tiny issue such as pharmacy miscommunication or scheduling hiccups, the office manager Karen takes care of it immediately and efficiently. Thank you guys!
This office has gone to hell without the founder, Dr. Awwa. Myself and my child have been patients here for years, but are now being refused to see our doctor due to the office staff. They not only discharged us without my permission or knowledge, the girl, who has a very unprofessional attitude and shouldn't be working at an office that claims to care about patients and mentsl health, said "yes" when I said so we're screwed and my child's being forced to go without her medications.
