When I told the essentially non-English speaking person who answered the telephone (with the CT Beauty company name) that I was checking on the status of an order, I was transferred to another essentially non-English speaking person who then transferred me to yet another essentially non-English speaking person who then transferred me to someone who spoke English. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES! NEVER GO TO CT BEAUTY SUPPLY...&& They sale BAD HAIR @ expensive prices... The manager has the worst attitude I recommend BEAUTY LAND/WORLD..or DA REMIX for quality service and hair..
