We paid off our auto loan December 13, 2022. This is for our 2018 F350. I call almost daily, they either don’t know where it’s at or they need an address to mail it to. We try to get transferred to customer service in the US. They continue to deny this. DO NOT deal with Westlake Funsncial Scammers!
I purchased a truck back in November of 2022! I paid cash and I've yet to receive the title or the hard license plates for the truck. Every time I ask about the hold up I'm always giving an excuse. They were quick to take my money but very slow on getting me the title and license plate for the truck. I'm not telling you not to do business with them but if you do be aware. I'm currently exploring my options
