The part that I paid to have fixed is broken again and hes refixing it again and it takes 3 hours for his part person to come to him don't ever offer to go pick up your own part to expedite your service because they don't want that so I'm not being kind about this any more this is not a place to take your car
Nice and kind very bed side manner like thank you - BUT I NEED A WORKING CAR took my car had it a week and week later it's back same issue. So back to the Audi repair shop because I don't have time or money for this energy!! Again they're nice but nice doesn't pay a bill.
Went in to diagnose some car issues. They quoted me $2700 dollars to fix my $4000 dollar car. I called bs so they gave me back my car. Next day my battery was dead, never had any battery troubles before that. Ended up just changing the spark plugs myself and haven’t had any problems since (and the battery since they killed it). Don’t go here unless you’re a mechanic and know exactly what you want/need done. Otherwise they’ll try to scam you.
They literally save me over $3000
