Communication and services were phenomenal. I left my car to get tires put on but forgot the wheel lock. They went out of their way to acquire the special wheel lock and completed my service in a timely manner.
I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 and soon after noticed an issue with the AC system. I took it to the Tesla Service Center, and while they agreed to fix it, the repair estimate was a shocking $3,400. My husband and I were visiting from Virginia and on the day we were supposed to leave, we had an emergency with our engine. We had our car towed to CT Auto and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. We were able to get on the road and back home safely and quickly. Every other shop told us it would be days or weeks until we got in. We could not recommend CT Auto enough, amazing prices, amazing customer service, very honest with us, and kept to their word.
Have just started going here, but already know I'll be going back. Excellent service, friendly staff, and the expertise to take care of your auto needs big or small. Thx guys!
I absolutely love this mechanic shop - I had my trust in a place that did oils for me previously and long story short that place cracked my oil pan and blamed it on another shop. I drove 45 minutes home without seeing an oil leak. My vehicle has no issues and drove fine. The very next morning I woke up and oil was all down my lawn and driveway- a friend of mine recommended CT auto I called them around 1030 / 11 o’clock.
