Ct Auto did a great job with my vehicle! Reasonable pricing, responsive , excellent customer service. Highly reccomended!
Staff was very friendly and attentive, took care of my vehicle minutes after arrived. Will return!
I understand that shops have their own policies, but in this economy, spending $1,700 on an older vehicle for a repair when I already have the necessary part is simply not realistic for me. The staff was professional, but unfortunately the price and policy did not work for my situation. I ultimately decided to look elsewhere for a more affordable option.
CT Auto has all the qualities you'd hope for in a mechanic. They are quick, understanding, fair-priced, and never try to upsell you. They are also incredibly down-to-earth and kind—when I dropped off my car the day after a snowstorm and told them that I would be walking home, they insisted that they would drive me home first. Can't recommend them enough.
If you’re looking for a reliable shop this the one for you !! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and friendly!
