I need everyone to understand that for the last TWO YEARS my trunk has been operating like a medieval drawbridge held together by faith, panic, and a shoelace-level piece of string. Felt vibrating and pulled over to this shop. They quickly gave me a diagnosis l, even though I was unable to stay for a fix since I was doing a small road trip. Friendly and knowledgeable
Fawn and her crew are amazing. I was driving through and had an issue w my car late on a Friday afternoon. They squeezed me in and were able to check out my car and give me the peace of mind that it was safe even though the shop was closing. Cannot recommend CT Auto enough if you want quality and compassion!
I recently purchased my dream car, a 2015 Tesla Model S P85D from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. It ran great for about a week… then trouble struck.
