Incredibly quick response to phone call for my car to be towed to my mechanic's shop. Reasonable tow fee. Two very kind and knowledgable men secured my car expertly to onto the tow.
Truck dispatched by Verizon's Roadside Assistance. 1st truck never communicated with me, and wasnt there by ETA. I gave 30 mins extra and called. Said he got hung up on a call, should be there in 45. Showed up 90 mins late. Not able to tow me. I needed a flatbed. Not truly their fault, as Verizon gave them incorrect info (both right tires blown, not both front). New Jersey Manufacturers roadside assistance dispatched your service to aid my daughter, broken down in Freehold tonight, 11/7/2017. The tow never arrived, nor did he answer my daughter’s calls, my calls, nor NJM’s follow up calls. Unacceptable.
