Today, I had to wait 3 hrs for them to pick me up. I was also lied to by Dorothy who told me the driver was on its way and an hr later the driver called me from syracuse to tell me he was just leaving to Oswego to pick me up. I am filing a complaint more for that fact that she lied, I mean just felt like it was OK to lie to me. I mean that is a very ugly person.
