The whole staff is great, except for Laurie, the nurse who does the triage. She has blocked several people I know, including myself, from having access to the doctor or the clinical nurses, in some cases for several months. This is not a question of managing priorities. It’s a case of a nurse appearing to make diagnostics after only a brief phone conversation. I wish the two other more experienced nurses would the triage and Laurie could take vitals and manage other tasks with patients who have already been triaged.
I had an upcoming payment where I tried multiple times to cancel (as there was no information as to how to contact them in this payment reminder on how to cancel.) And when I was finally able to contact someone over the phone (which didn’t have any options to manage your membership, by the way, other than to renew) I was told it was too late. I so appreciate the service offered by CSVM , especially for those of us who no longer have a family doctor and little hope of ever getting one. Thank you to all those who have made and continue to make this service possible.
The secretary is perfectly nice but the nurse is one of the nastiest people I've ever had The misfortune to have to speak to on the phone. I was ridiculed for not having transportation in a couple of weeks... and for actually being too sick to jump through hoops all day. I don't have a chauffeur that can just take me anywhere at any time, and yes anaphylaxis is a big problem. I have mast cell disease. There is no one I can ride with. Médecin tres gentil mais aucune suivie ne peut être fait dans cette établissement ... y refus de remplire des papier medical suite des rendez vous y nous mettent totalement dans la merde ....jai déteste le service a part le médecin qui lui etais 100% compréhensif
