Just had a terrible interaction with the lady in the front just terrible customer service. Absurdly rude. Whoever was working on September 12th at 10am needs to lose their job
Everyone is very friendly and nice
Nurses were lovely, but Dr. James Chun ruptured my eardrum (worst pain I have felt in my life), knew that he did (because water shot out of my nose and ears, and this isn't possible unless the drum is broken), didn't tell me it was ruptured (I had to go to the E.R. later to find out), and prescribed me ear drops that said DO NOT USE with a ruptured ear drum. If I had known I could have sued, I would have!
