Security was rude as hell and look for arguments, they seemed to be professional at escalation way more than de-escalation I will not be going there again

Apollo Diagnostics is not opening at the scheduled time, and no staff is present even after the opening hours. Calls to both mobile and landline go unanswered. Today, on 7th July, the center was not opened on time. A sample taker mentioned that they usually don’t open exactly at the scheduled time and it takes 10 to 15 minutes. My concern is that Apollo is a well-known brand, not a local setup or a startup — such delays are not expected from a reputed center.
Snobby and rude staff, no one cares they just want your money. They do not even know what they are doing, every person sends you to the next!
