Hello, I have to move back home to help out my family and need someone who can take over my lease. The rent is $645.00, and you have a roommate. You could choose to upgrade to a single bedroom if you wanted. Move in Mid-December or beginning of January. I graduated back in summer 2014. I was in the Jack Brown Hall since I majored in Admin with CIS. The teachers were helpful to me. I barely had like three C's as a grade when I was there. Even now in 2016, I sometimes volunteer or go to job fairs when I need to in csusb. The university has lots of stuff that one can do, even when you're an alumni.
Excellent campus. Great Student life. One of a kind school!
