Request for July 2 interest charge to be waived. Personal loan interest charge $2.13 was added July 2, the same day as i paid off the total balance of $190.60. I spoke to a manager named Jessica to let her know my confusion. Why am I being charged for a loan that I just paid off with zero balance.
