Excellent animal hospital, took great care of the doggo
I was referred to oncology from internal medicine and it was a night and day experience. Oncology has a lot of work to do with bedside manner. From shopping for swimsuits on their laptop while talking about about my dogs incurable bladder cancer to bringing in a resident who couldn’t discuss the chemo treatment plan… my husband and I were appalled. CSU Flint Animal Cancer Center made a painful process more than bearable with uniformly kind, warm, and caring treatment by everyone we interacted with there. But, most of all deserving of praise and recognition is Laney, a 4th year vet student. Laney (sp?) was with us throughout the whole day long process and explained everything in great detail and showed such compassion every step.
