Great class. Be warned there is no intro class but a great workout. Nothing like Club Pilates.
I went to the Westport location but the owners are the same for Darien and Westport. If I could give zero stars I would. This is a horrendous little company with a couple of lying sleazy people owning it. Its been one year since I've contacted the company to ask if I could get a refund on a class package I purchased. After doing one introductory class I realized that physically this exercise was not good for me due to my medical condition.
