Came here with really bad chest pain and arm pain they did an EKG and then left me in the waiting room for an hour and half before I decided to leave.. they obviously don't think my condition requires immediate attention so if It ends up I was having a heart attack and I die I told my husband to sue them for neglect!! Actually disgusting this hospital!
The care (or lack thereof) that I received last night from this hospital was truly appalling. The staff was rude from start to finish, especially Dr. Paul. My blood pressure was 130/101, and was not addressed. I passed out in the waiting room bathroom, and the nurse that came back attempted to put me in a wheelchair, which I fell out of, and she proceeded to yell at me for doing so. They made me a makeshift bed in the waiting room out of chairs, where I layed for 9 hours. After Dr. Paul came on shift, he made a disgusting re... read more

Very rude staff
CSSMCW knows they are getting the overflow from people not wanting to go to Conemaugh, they need to improve their ER flow and HIGHLY consider increasing staff to provide better care to the patients. I showed up, was triaged and taken for x-rays and then told to sit in the waiting room and I would be taken back as soon as possible. 6 HOURS LATER and im still sitting in the waiting room!! My x-rays have been read for 3 hours now, as I can see the report in the patient portal, and im still sitting here waiting. People have come... read more
