Who would’ve thought that a security alarms company in your building can 1) matter so much to one’s life affairs, and 2) have a phenomenal customer service and caring staff - from the office/email interactions to the techs who came on site. CSS was very quick to respond to our building manager and their team worked with me directly and efficiently on my specific personal need, as if I were their VIP client. I encountered a frustrating experience with this company due to their use of severely outdated software and hardware. I was promised one thing and was delivered something very underwhelming. The system lacks fundamental features such as sound monitoring, camera event summaries, spot detection, and alerts, and was burdened by a outdated mobile app. Also the video monitoring image quality is awful.
