Only two aides out of many that are knowledgeable and can get the job done is what I had. There are too many inexperienced aides that are a complete waste of time and not true to the profession. Most of them have never done anything remotely close to private duty care, but somehow get hired....it's embarrassing that most of them are like a deer caught in headlights.
One of the best companies I have worked for. I have nothing negative to say about the company at all.
