I think I’ve been with CSR for a little less than 10 years. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else. Craig has always been there for me and Edwin has been instrumental in finding the right insurance for me and my husband. He has gone above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for an insurance provider, you’re done looking. Use CSR! You won’t regret it. I give them 5 stars because there isn’t an option for 10.
I recently contacted Eric at CSR & Associates to assist me in obtaining personal (individual) medical insurance coverage. This is actually the second time I had to reach out to them. I am amazed at how efficiently Eric was able to get all the information from me over the phone in order to present my options/choices (and prices) for coverage within only a few minutes, while at the same time being very kind and personable.
