$75 order setup fee is an extreme BS standard. For "shipping department processing and data entry" at that.. This applies to every order. Your tests don't even cost that much. Doesn't take hours to receive a shipment and enter data.
Poor HR practices. Applied for a position here and had an interview with the company President. During the interview he said he would have the HR manager follow up for a second interview. After that the company ghosted me... no follow up, no return calls (called multiple times and got a "oh he will call you back!"). Very unprofessional. Even if you are not going to offer someone a position, you should still let them know.
