Very rude and disrespectful. I walked in on a Saturday morning inquiring about getting a backup camera installed and was told immediately that it would be Monday. I then said the wiring was already installed and should be an easy installation and was cut off and told if it was so easy I could do it myself. Terrible customer service and I will never return. They always take care of me when I come through, I get treated like a valued customer every time. Also the work is A1 everytime! **********Update ** 2026 "7" years later... I dont feel like typing a book but I wouldn't recommend this audio shop anymore, piss poor customer service. One guy does good work, and the other catches an attitude "the ownerBo", And does piss poor work. Spent well over $1,800 with them this go around and multiple trips for problems. Had a custom box built with precision, I have a small trunk but they made it happen and was able to tune the box to my specific request . Everything was done so good and really listened to me and took the time to build it right 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼… even took speakers out of my old box and put them in new box and hooked em up for me for a reasonable price for everything
