Craig came over to fix our broken central AC unit on a public holiday, on a rainy day. He is very knowledgable, did a great job explaining the issue, and the troubleshooting process, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Craig, and would continue using his services in the future!
Hey Craig, the multi $K system you supplied and installed at my then property in Officer is not working. You told me you stand by your work. Why won't you honour the warranty and repair it for the new owner. Alan
We called him to check if our air con was working. He said it was working fine, just open the windows for circulation. However he charged us call out fee AND service fee but he didn't do the servicing even when we asked him to do servicing since it had never been serviced before. He didn't think it was needed but he never checking the system by getting on the roof etc.
Craig was excellent and did a stellar job cleaning our split system unit! He was able to fit us in same day, and was very efficient and knowledgeable. What really sets CSP apart is Craig's customer service! He was friendly, honest and gave sound advice. We will be using him for all our heating and cooling needs in the future.
Craig came to clean our split system AC, he did a thourough clean and unit is back to running as it should, mould inhibitor used Oldschool Honest Experienced tradesman fully equipped for all HVAC and hot water servicing. Quoted price over the phone was honored
