Was a loyal customer for years, couple services and a major repair. Called when my AC finally went, and was ghosted. Left two messages for the owner. The receptionist was not 'in the office' any time I called during normal business hours. Wasted 2 weeks waiting for no reply from anyone.

Our A/C unit stopped working, and Dale came out the same day to assess the issue and provide a replacement quote. He walked us through all our options and answered every question (even those in a follow up phone call). We’re so glad we went with his company! Thanks to a cancellation, our install was moved up four days earlier than expected. Jason and Greg handled the install and had everything done in under three hours. Furnace and A/C stopped working. Brian came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired. He even took the extra time to check our outside unit , clean it and assure properly charged!! Can't thank you all enough. When our 18 year old unit does finally go you guys will be my one and only call!

I have used Csonka Heating Air Conditioning for 28 years and wouldn't consider using any other. Dependable, thorough and they won't rip you off.

I thought $250 was a bit much to replace a thermostat. The thermostat they supplied definitely had a price markup too. But they answered the phone right away, had someone out the same day, and fixed my issue. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that pricing wasn’t too far outside industry norm because I didn’t price shop the competition.
