Let’s just say I was having a bad day and I have to be honest I’m not even in the same state and just calling this number they helped me so much and I thank them so much
This place should be much more appreciated. I went there because of a problem with an unexplained depression, and because of near unavailability of any more immediate health care (Currently in MA you may wait several months for a simple doctors appointment - makes you wonder where that post-pandemic extra mortality comes from?). I didn't even try to call them ahead of time (I just can't stand that inevitable half an hour elevator music waiting time). I simply walked in spontaneously after a few days of deliberation. If I could leave zero better yet negative stars, I would. if you want to get yelled at and treated like a piece of trash, this is the place for you. the people they have answering phones are not educated in the mental health sector and extremely disrespectful and somewhat aggressive. This is the MOST harmful place for someone who needs help. they have been awful. please, I warn you, DO NOT CALL HERE
