Hi. Around a month ago, I was going around a single lane roundabout in Chilliwack and a car came through and hit the right side of my car above the back tire and caused damage also to the rear door also. So when it was time to look up a auto body repair company in Chilliwack I chose West End Auto repair. Reason for this is a number of years ago my wife needed her car repaired so she brought it there. The repairs done on my car were well done and any questions I did have were answered. Only criticism I have is better communication regarding ICBC, as in a phone call to say “hey, ICBC isn’t covering this repair for so-and-so reason” because I had to go back and find out why a certain repair wasn’t done. They did answer the question when brought up but better communication is my recommendation.
Professional, Knowledgable, Efficient & Honest.. Reception was welcoming.. The General Mgr. Jeff heard my concerns at the Reception Desk and came from his Office to assist.. He had Adam come immediately to address my concerns and dealt with them accordingly.. This is a modern business with old school ethics.. Highly recommend!!
