The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Very organized. They took care of everything, dealing with two insurance companies and a rental car company. And the premises in Owen Sound are modern, clean, comfortable chairs, coffee in the waiting room. Excellent repair job on the car, kept me posted as to the status of the job.
The staff are all absolutely amazing and all so kind. They go out of their way to help you and assure your happy and satisfied! Never have I had such a great easy experience. Highly recommend them to everyone.
