Terry,the owner at Tristar misinformed me of my rights to OEM parts, and presented false information regarding my options to repair my vehicle. His shop installed A.M. front axles that were not compatible to my truck,. One fell out and left me stranded. He lied to Peace Hills about my warrantee coverage and red seal shop foreman report was misconstrued to peg me into paying for parts that were damaged by the accident. I’m very impressed with my experience at TRISTAR! I got rear-ended in my Lexus a few months back which caused $11,000 worth of damage. It now looks brand new! What really got me though is that they also cleaned the inside of my vehicle and organized my stuff neatly back in the trunk (stuff I forgot to take out). They also put an air freshener vent clip inside which I thought was very thoughtful. The whole team was also very kind and friendly.
