Peter and the team at CSN Tristar were extremely courteous and professional to work with. From start to end, they communicated with me thoroughly and were transparent about each step of the way. The shop was accommodating to my schedule, as well, they kindly offered to drop me off and pick me up from the Skytrain station (I had declined a courtesy car). I would highly recommend CSN Tristar if you ever find yourself in an unfortunate car accident that requires repairs.
These guys were great to deal with! Got me in when no other shop could. We’re from Vancouver Island, and nobody would take our tow in, but these guys got us in in a timely fashion. Got my car fixed up perfectly again in a timely fashion. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.
Polite staff. The work was done on time and for the amount stated. Everything was explained and shown.
