Teresa went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. She made the entire repair process as painless as possible, and my car came back looking like a brand new vehicle (including the interior!).

Excellent customer service and my vehicle was fixed on time as promised. Getting the rental was all completed for me and easy. They did a great job fixing my car and so clean when I picked it up! Will definitely return if needed.
They are busy, which is good, but while you will wait to get an appointment, when the time comes, your work will be done well and in a timely fashion.
Smooth, professional, loved that they texted updates and I could text back, did a great job, vehicle rental right next to it so that's convenient (ICBC covered the rental) and they were also great. Not a single thing to complain about other than that they're so busy, but that reflects their reputation and popularity.
