I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with CSN Collision warrants one. To be clear, the quality of the repair work itself was acceptable. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The repair timeline was unnecessarily prolonged in a way that felt deliberate, as though the priority was maximizing billable hours to the insurance company rather than completing the job efficiently or transparently.
