I have a mixed review. This was the place my insurance company wanted the vehicle. If given the choice again I would go elsewhere from my overall experience. The atmosphere of the main office area was not very welcoming and I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. At one point, I expressed my wishes to arrange a rental the night before, so I could avoid missing a morning of work, and was told this was not possible. They did a very good job on repairing our vehicle. My wife was very happy when she seen that they cleaned her vehicle inside and out.
