I had my bumper fixed here after being rear-ended, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The work was done quickly and the bumper looks brand new. On top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning my car inside and out, which was such a nice surprise. The work was completed as expected and ahead of schedule. They are probably the best company I’ve dealt with in the last 15 years when it comes to customer service. Was overly impressed with communication and updates. I never actually called once. They were on top of things the whole way. Dealing with insurance, rentals and an accident in general is a pain. They really simplified the process and turned a bad situation into a good experience
