PLEASE READ THIS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!!! I had some minor work done on my car recently and someone in their shop cracked my almost new Thule rooftop carrier. My first claim in over 50 yrs of driving. From first entering Sarkis’ Collision Centre-the experience was unbelievable! Friendly service and I always knew exactly the process that would take place. My rental car was there on arrival. The place is so clean and all you encounter are so professional! As I told friends-“It is worth the deductible to experience Sarkis” Thank you !
I have to say… going to a body shop after an accident is never a good experience However, Sarkis by far is the best shop I have ever been to. The customer service is stellar and the atmosphere is calming, the staff are beyond helpful, courteous and knowledgeable On pick up… the car was washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed… a very welcomed surprise I would highly recommend this shop
Hood was replaced and painted almost 2 years ago, and the clear is already peeling. Extremely unhappy with the quality of this repair. The customer facing staff however are very nice, but I feel the actual autobody techs should have done better. UPDATE: removed the bug deflector and the whole front of the hood is rotten. Unacceptable.
