Had a great experience with this auto collision repair center. Especially, Nigel and Vikki were very friendly and professional. They looked after my insurance claim, ordered the OEM parts and car rental. Repair was done promptly and professionally. The CSN staff even thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommended, and my future go-to shop.
Nothing but a bunch of scammers tool my jeep in for front end damage had no engine light on when took it in was on when picked up they scanned it told me it had other codes come up but wasn't there fault the problem is there was a lady in for the same reason and they told here the same thing two people in for the same thing and they say not there fault stay away from these people

Very impressed with Bill and his team. They accommodated my schedule for work to be completed, answered my inquiries and kept me updated on the completion time. Took over five months for them to be able to get my vehicle in for repairs and a week to complete what was cosmetic repairs. Receptionist was great and very helpful and the completed job was done well but once I got the vehicle home my adult kids (2 weeks later - as we don’t use the van if we don’t have to). Opened the sliding back doors. One worked perfectly fine while the other stopped half way and was grinding. Advised insurance company who said take it back to CSN.
