I made the mistake "walking in" to get a quote that my insurance company told me to acquire. The old woman at the desk was so incredibly rude, a loud audible "sigh" came from her as I walked in. She then rather rudely asked me what i was doing there and I "should of called, I need an appointment". She then proceeded back to her seat and went on her cell phone. Front desk lady was very abrupt, off-putting, and dismissive - very poor customer service and treatment. However, the Technicians did a great job doing the needed repairs. But, I will not go back there.
For starters unfriendly, not to mention they completely got my name wrong on the quote (easy name) plus didn't even have the right year for the model of my car on the quote that was well over double what CarStar in Arnprior quoted (recommend them highly as they are the ones that ended up doing the work). CarStar was able to quote me in half an hour as it was urgent (also provided a loaner car) and Reid Brothers took a few days... I recently had work done by Reid’s & I am pleased with the excellent repairs as well at very professional & friendly service. I would recommend them highly for the excellent results & service.
Rear end damage. Good customer service, work done was promptly and as expected. Car returned to me completely cleaned.
