For starters unfriendly, not to mention they completely got my name wrong on the quote (easy name) plus didn't even have the right year for the model of my car on the quote that was well over double what CarStar in Arnprior quoted (recommend them highly as they are the ones that ended up doing the work). CarStar was able to quote me in half an hour as it was urgent (also provided a loaner car) and Reid Brothers took a few days... I recently had work done by Reid’s & I am pleased with the excellent repairs as well at very professional & friendly service. I would recommend them highly for the excellent results & service.
Rear end damage. Good customer service, work done was promptly and as expected. Car returned to me completely cleaned.
The front desk lady was extremely rude. I hit a deer with my car and was told by an adjuster to reach out for a quote. When doing so, the person answering the phone was dismissive, rude and impatient. Although it was established that Reids could not help me, I would not have proceeded regardless based off of that interaction alone. I was just looking for help and was made to feel stupid. Awful.
Collected my car and found the in car dash camera disconnected, now i have to reprogram the entire system. Wires were left hanging down from the front screen, with no explanation why this happened. Very annoyed at this. now they say they disconnected it because of the painting process ? what has painting the rear bumper got to do with a dashcam ? i have never heard such nonesense. And i am not travelling back there to have them help reset the dashcam which should never have been touched.
