My experience with Reid’s Bros. CNS Collision Center in Arnprior was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the front receptionist was very unfriendly and rude, with poor customer service skills. Right from the beginning, I felt like I was inconveniencing her rather than a valued customer. For starters unfriendly, not to mention they completely got my name wrong on the quote (easy name) plus didn't even have the right year for the model of my car on the quote that was well over double what CarStar in Arnprior quoted (recommend them highly as they are the ones that ended up doing the work).
