Very disappointed in the new customer service level at this location. After using this service for repairs at the location multiple times in the past and using services of rust proofing now they will not service a vehicle unless your with intact insurance. This is disappointing after being a loyal customer. I cannot recommend this new way of customer service.
This was my first time visit and I was very satisfied with the work done. My car was hit and run and the back left side was damage, they fixed it quickly and they even cleaned the inside. Definitely recommend

My car had an unfortunate hit and run incident at the WEM parking lot. The staff at Intact were amazing, can't say enough good things about them. My insurance agent was sorely lacking in information - Intact took me by the hand, walked me through the process and helped me fill out all the needed paperwork. When I got my car back the damage was beautifully fixed and they had cleaned the car INSIDE and out. They went above and beyond, I would absolutely recommend them!
