I don't recommend the Intact service center. The place doesn't meet all the expectations. They are neither professional nor reliable. From reception to manager 0 stars. If you can't handle stress, avoid this place
Very disappointed in the new customer service level at this location. After using this service for repairs at the location multiple times in the past and using services of rust proofing now they will not service a vehicle unless your with intact insurance. This is disappointing after being a loyal customer. I cannot recommend this new way of customer service.
This was my first time visit and I was very satisfied with the work done. My car was hit and run and the back left side was damage, they fixed it quickly and they even cleaned the inside. Definitely recommend
What a great experience from start to finish!! They even detailed my disgusting vehicle at the end which I was not expecting! Thank you team 🙏 def recommend
