This was my first time visit and I was very satisfied with the work done. My car was hit and run and the back left side was damage, they fixed it quickly and they even cleaned the inside. Definitely recommend

My car had an unfortunate hit and run incident at the WEM parking lot. The staff at Intact were amazing, can't say enough good things about them. My insurance agent was sorely lacking in information - Intact took me by the hand, walked me through the process and helped me fill out all the needed paperwork. When I got my car back the damage was beautifully fixed and they had cleaned the car INSIDE and out. They went above and beyond, I would absolutely recommend them!
I hit something on the highway and needed to get some work done. Overall I had a good experience. I booked an appointment and then they looked it over, gave an estimate, and completed the work satisfactorily at a later time. I didn't go through insurance and paid out of pocket. They double checked all their own work, found a larger issue, ordered the parts and completed it. I would go here again for any body work or collision issue if I need to. So far I've had no issues with the work that was completed.
It was jaw-dropping... My car looked like a finely polished jewel when they were finished - interior and exterior!
