I took my car to be repaired at Zenetec - Keswick as they are preferred repair shop from my insurance company. From the moment we walked into the shop, which was spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly and very understanding. They addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. The quoting process was a bit laborious however they were happy to accomodate me supplying my own part and findingncost effective solutions. Very friendly and I'm very happy with the quality of their work.
