If I could give zero stars I would. They've had my car for a month and a half with still no ETA on when it will be finished. I called last week of July and was told it was going in for painting. When I called a week and a half later, it still had dents to be fixed, tail light to be fixed and to be painted. When I said that I was told it was already in for painting, all I got was "Yah that's weird". She also told me my adjuster said I had an "unlimited rental" which is a total lie. Nothing but a complete joke!! Joe in the body shop is a waste of time!!!! NO return phone calls, won't even respond to emails? Absolutely zero care of customer service or what customer service even means!! I will NEVER EVER deal with this unprofessional jerk!! I feel sorry for the front desk staff that have to come up with excuses for this guy. Most of the time you call or try and stop in and he is never there!! I just don't get how this guy is a Manager or even employed!?!?
My car body was repaired in less than a week. I had hail damage.
Took our Focus in last year for some body work, we got it back looking great. Just had our Focus and RAM fixed from last year's hail storm. Again, they did a great job. They are super swamped due to all of the hail damaged vehicles. We were treated very well by CSN Moynes even though they had to deal with some of our insurances errors.
Great service and follow up.
