Took a while to get done but was done excellent have no problems with the work even helped with looking at a couple of other problems,also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Their number one priority is the customer. And this shows through each one of their staff I have dealt with. Easy to talk with, full explanations, warranty and they stand behind their work 100%. And the quality of their work is better than when my car came from the factory. My car was sent there through a warranty process with the manufacturer. The GM at the dealership said this is where they send all their vehicles. Amazing shop and group of people.

Erin Kepran and her manager both went above and beyond in my situation. They gave me emotional support. They provided me estimates for my vehicle collision. They kept me in loop with my TD insurance. They gave me advice on how to proceed with insurance. They understood my situation will always be grateful for them. Erin always lets me in to grab my personal items from the car.

Outstanding customer service! I met the folks at CSN Midtown under less than great circumstances (long complicated story of how I got there). Am I ever glad that they were the ones that repaired my vehicle. Not only did they bring it back to new, they went above and beyond in a challenging situation. The transparency, communication, and effort to work with all involved was a prime example of professionalism and care. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do there's only one call I need to make.
