I had a very positive experience with CSN Martino Bros. I was referred to Martino by my insurance for some body work. The whole experience was outstanding, from booking the initial appraisal to pick-up. The staff are very efficient and straightforward and treated me with respect and friendliness. The work on the car is great. Dents and scratches are gone completely. Moreover, Martino did a wonderful job cleaning the car. It looks like new! Highly recommended.
I was originally told they could fix my car and then after a week at their shop, they just wrote off my car with little to no explanation. They claimed most of the damage was under the car where I couldn't see and gave me very short notice to retrieve any belongings in my vehicle. I genuinely feel that they still fixed my car and resold it but I could never prove that. I really miss that car and wish I never took it to this shop.
Excellent service, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for car repairs.
Staff were friendly and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. They made an uncomfortable situation bearable. Thank you.
