Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful to your vehicles needs.
CSN took care of our vehicle after a collision. They were reccomended by our insurance as a top repair shop. Everyone we spoke to was very professional. We had a couple snags with communication and not receiving updates when committed, but they did everything they could to complete the repairs and return our vehicle on the date promised. They did an amazing job on the repairs and our vehicle looks seamless and brand new again!
Back in 2023 I brought my truck to CSN Lou’s after I was rear-ended. Steven took amazing care of me on the phone and in-person. He gave me great advice throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance. Then again in 2025 I needed to have my truck fixed and they helped me through the entire process. Jerry was incredibly helpful and always available for guidance. And they did amazing work on my truck. Could not be more satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting for anything related to autobody or accidents.
I brought my car in fully expecting to sell a kidney to pay for repairs but Jerry at this shop restored both my vehicle and my faith in humanity. Instead of jumping straight to the expensive $900 part replacement I was convinced I needed, Jerry actually took the time to walk me through different options.
