In mid 2024 our car was significantly damaged in a Calgary hail storm and because of a great previous experience with CSN Lous autobody we chose to have them do this new repair. The immediately ordered the parts but due to the time of year and number of vehicles that had been damaged it took nearly 5 months to get the parts from Nissan and get our car in for the repair to be done. I have used lou's a couple times now and have found the staff wounderful to work with. The work they've done on my car has made it look new again. I highly recommend them.
The job was done on time and on budget.
So pleased with the repair that Lou’s completed. You can’t tell there was ever damage to my vehicle, and they caught things that would have voided my warranty. Highly recommend them for repairs to luxury brands.
