This is the second time I have been to Lou's and it was for a stupid mistake. I turned into a pillar in a parking spot. Fortunately only my mirror was damaged. I couldn't adjust or retract it. Jerry looked at it, sent me for coffee. He maneuvered it back together for nothing, saving me $$ and it now works as it had. I only have a little white scrape to remind me of my stupid mistake. I would highly recommend them!
The staff of the repair shop is very friendly and the repaired of my vehicle is very good job, but the only thing that is taking too long to finish the repairs.
I recently had my car repaired at Lou’s Auto Body after being rear-ended, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
