They did a nice job and included everything they had promised. A loaner car was provided as promised also.
Excellent repair! Our car is not common, but CSN Ladner took the time to procure the parts, and kept us updated on the progress. They did a perfect repair while being professional and friendly.
Friends recommended going to CSN Ladner Auto Body when I was having difficulty with other quotes and ICBC wanting to write off my car. I did not want to write off my cute old car. Duran was most understanding and sympathetic and worked with ICBC and finally obtained all the repairs and madey little 🚗 beautiful again. I am very grateful for their friendly, helpful service and beautiful work.
Ladner Auto Body repaired my car and got me back on the road much sooner than I expected (other body shops quoted extremely long time-frames). The car looks great! Their staff were very responsive to my needs, and the front-office ladies were a delight to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
