I was well looked after by CSN. From the moment I took my vehicle in initially for assessment to the scheduling and beginning of the work in their shop. They also kept me informed as to progress as I went through this as the work was significant. And, one they had completed the work, I was very happy with the work done and how my vehicle looked and felt. I would use these guys again for any body work I needed.
I had an ICBC claim after being rear-ended and took my car to CSN auto after a friend recommended going there. The process was very quick with my repair and receiving a courtesy car was great too!
Recently had my vehicle at CSN Ladner to remove paint over spray from a construction project next door to me. The whole process was extremely professional. Rick took pictures and submitted the claim to ICBC and had it approved within a matter of hours. Once the car was booked in, the repair was completed well ahead of schedule and upon pick up, the vehicle looked like new.
