Amazing staff and excellent service. Kimberly is so compassionate and takes time to hear your concerns. She helped me through the paperwork of getting things ready and trying to figure out insurance. It is not easy to deal with ICBC but she took time to guide me through the process. Tim was great in getting my vehicle assessed right away and making things work according to our schedule. My car was fixed within 2 weeks. I really appreciate everything you guys did for us. Thank you
