This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was minor damage near the left wheel area, but instead of repairing it properly, they replaced the new left lamp with an old used one without informing me or getting my permission. On top of that, they damaged the right front lamp and caused it to flicker while working on the front lights. All of this poor service was done by Kevin. I had a great experience here when my car was hit in a parking lot. They were very easy to deal with, the communication between me and them was excellent. They not only fixed my car to top quality, I was also so impressed at how they cleaned it inside for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
