We recently got our 2025 Honda Civic repaired. Someone hit the back driver's bumper and rear wheel well, on our 4 month old car, and the culprit failed to stay around. We were very unhappy. We reached out to Vanessa Turpin to get an assessment done, and after reviewing it, we decided to go through insurance. The car was evaluated, and we booked a date for it to be done. This is a superb body shop. The results speak for themselves and the staff is professional and friendly. Vanessa and Shane are really easy to work with! They arrange car rentals and the transition is seamless. The only thing they could do to improve would be a cappuchino machine?
