My SUV got rear-ended 4 years ago and it turns out that the people my insurance company sent me to did a hack job and put the bumper cover on with glue, Shane and his excellent staff paid out of their own pocket to put actual brackets on and I paid to replace the bumper cover with the OEM and I just can't believe the job that they did, not only did they do the bumper cover so that the lines match up perfectly they paid for the brackets, I've sent a couple people to CSN because I can't believe the excellent job that they did ... read more

Kind, courteous and always kept me in the loop on what was being done with my vehicle. They arranged my rental pick up for me, and had my car detailed and clean upon pickup. This type of Customer focused service is so rare nowadays that when you find it, you've gotta rave about it. Will continue to use them for my future car needs
