Be prepared to go multiple times for corrective repairs, because they can't get it right the first time, nor second time. And you'll always find out more stuff that they did wrong after repairs (paint contamination, unaligned seals and crooked parts installation). I just had my vehicle in with them for repairs after I stupidly came far too close to an immovable object. My insurance company gave me a few options for local body shops, and I’m really glad that I picked this one. From my first call to them until I picked up my car today they have been incredibly professional, efficient, and I blown away with the quality of the work. Very grateful that they were able to repair my car and make it look brand new since it pretty much was before the pillar got on my way.
My Toyota dealership recommended me this auto shop and Vanessa and Brendon (manager) went the extra mile to help me during my first auto claim with my Economical insurance who provided me with barely no support nor guidance from December 2025 to May 2026. Vanessa ( office manager) was most efficient in locating the necessary parts needed for replacement and always kept me informed if a change occured.
