This collision centre took very good care of me. They were friendly , they were reasonable. They were very conscious of what had to be done and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this place and I know I will be going there in the future if I need anything done to my vehicle
Took my vehicle there in April 2025 because it was my insurance company preferred shop. The owner looked at my vehicle and told me he'll contact the insurance company to give them a quote. I waited 3 days and didn't hear back, called them and they said they need to look at it again, so I brought it back. Another 2 days past and they asked me to come to the shop, the owner then told me that there is a "previous damage" that needs to be fixed before the new damage can be taken care of. My experience with CSN Holly has been nothing but disappointing. I was referred to them by my insurance company, trusting they would handle my repair professionally, but that was far from the case. When I picked up my car, it was not fixed properly. A rear reflector was missing, the reverse camera was misaligned, and to make things worse, they left my car running during repairs, which damaged the battery. I was very pleased with the work they did on my car, and they did it in a very timely manner. They also cleaned out the interior of my car before it was returned to me. I was so very pleased with the job they did on my car and the paint matching was perfect. I will definitely recommend this place to other people.
