We just experienced a not at fault car accident our SUV was towed to Glen Merritt and almost immediately they were able to assist me with getting the car appraised and sending stuff to the insurance and answering my multiple questions a great place thank you
Had taken in some interior trim pieces for painting to match the car’s exterior paint. Trim pieces that they painted match perfectly to exterior colour. Great quality work that was done in one day.
It was a great experience. Friendly and helpful. The only recommendation I would suggest is to do with picking up the car once the work is completed. It would be helpful to receive a call in the morning letting us know that the car would be ready at a specific time instead of getting a call at 3:45pm on a Friday. I still had to return the car to Enterprise and get to your place by 5pm. I couldn’t make it due to traffic so my wife had to go and pick up the keys.
Everything went very smooth , Ryland was extremely knowledgeable and prompt to take care of our claim . Vanessa was great on the administration side . Car in and out 4 days as promised . Quite pleased with the process . Would definitely recommend !!!
