Tony was awesome and got me in right when I called! Super nice and reasonable guy will definitely be going to him from now on!
Tony helped us and was very friendly. Great guy. Had the bumper back on in 15 minutes not even. Definitely coming back and hopefully getting Tony again!
5/5 stars! These guys saved my trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big shout-out to Anthony and the whole crew at CSN Frank Collision! My RAV4 came out looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor—absolutely spotless and brand new. I was super stressed because the repairs were going to take longer than expected and I had a trip to Vancouver lined up, but Anthony made sure to speed things up so I could make my trip. The car was ready right on time as promised! Huge thanks to Anthony at the front desk for being so nice and helpful, and to Pa... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Frank’s! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided a link where I could easily check on the progress of my car. I’m very happy with the work they did. The best surprise was picking up my car and realizing they had detailed the inside! I wasn’t expecting that at all since all of the work being done was on the exterior. It was such a nice extra touch and very much appreciated. I will absolutely use Frank’s again in the future if needed and would happily recommend them!
Exceptional service from this shop, my vehicle is good as new - they were communicative and timely, and they did terrific work 😊 “Back in the day,” the “original” Frank did some work on hubby’s street rod, and we’re glad that the company has passed on to new very-skillful hands! Really appreciate the integrity of the staff here! Thank you!
