I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. It was my first accident, and their openness and professionalism throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. From the initial walk through on my car all the way through the service and after I picked my car up the team at franks was nothing but welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They were all eager to help and very easy to work with. My car was finished before the quoted date they gave me and was returned spotless on the inside and the repairs looked amazing. I would highly recommend them if you need your car fixed!
