Great body shop to deal with. Friendly staff
Be aware of the surprise charges. Our car was fixed and this body shop received payment in full from our insurance company. Check was received prior to repairs and zero balance was confirmed when we brought the car. This morning we received a phone call from Renee, were told the car was ready for the pick up. She did not mention any balance due at the time of the call. We returned our rental car and arrived to pick up our car. Renee refused to release the car stating that we still owe $500 deductible.
